8 Large egg whites
1 Whole egg
1 Cup baby spinach
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup feta cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
Kosher or sea salt
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together all fixings in a medium blending bowl. Softly fog 4
    ramekins with nonstick cooking shower and equally partition egg blend
    into dishes.
  3. Spot ramekins on a treated sheet and prepare 20 minutes or until eggs
    puff and are nearly set in the inside. Serve hot.
