½ cup hot water
1 celery stalk, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
1 red apple, cored and chopped
½ cup smoked chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cooked and shredded
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
12 whole grain bread slices, toasted
Sunflower sprouts

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with celery and the other ingredients except the
    bread and the sprouts and stir well.
  2. Divide this into 6 bread slices, add sunflower sprouts on each, top with
    the other bread slices and serve.
