½ of medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Turn on the oven, then set it to 350 degrees F and let it preheat.
  2. Meanwhile, crack eggs in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk
    until combined.
  3. Take a small heatproof dish, pour in egg mixture, and bake for 5 to 8
    minutes until set.
  4. When done, cut it into two squares and then serve and enjoy!
