INGREDIENTS:
20 ounces chicken meat, already cooked and chopped
½ cup pecans, chopped
1 cup green grapes, seedless and cut in halves
½ cup celery, chopped
ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
For the creamy cucumber salad dressing:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix cucumber with the chicken, salt, pepper to taste, lemon
    juice and the other ingredients, toss and place in the fridge until you
    serve it.
