INGREDIENTS:
3 medium chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cut into thin strips
4 ounces green cabbage, shredded
5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup barbeque sauce
2 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cabbage with 4 tablespoon oil with vinegar, salt and
    pepper to taste and stir well.
  2. Put seasonings on the chicken by using salt and pepper, heat a pan with
    remaining oil over medium high heat, add chicken, cook for 6 minutes,
    take off heat, transfer to a bowl, add barbeque sauce and toss.
  3. Arrange between plates, add chicken strips, sprinkle cheese, chives and
    bacon and serve.
