INGREDIENTS:
4 lean lamb chops
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard seeds
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together Dijon mustard, pepper, rosemary, mustard seeds, and
    garlic in a bowl.
  2. Coat lamb chops with the mustard mixture and place them in a crock
    pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
