INGREDIENTS:
2 lb. lamb stew meat
1/3 cup plain yogurt
4 cups spinach, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
  2. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Transfer pan mixture to a crock pot.
  4. Add the ingredients to the crock pot except for the yogurt and spinach.
  5. Stir everything well.
  6. Just before serving add the yogurt and spinach and stir until spinach is
    wilted.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
