4 Lamb chops
¼ cup coconut aminos
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Black pepper
Coconut oil

  1. Combine ginger, red pepper flakes, ½ teaspoon black pepper and
    aminos in large bowl.
  2. Place lamb chops in ginger marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  4. Heat 3 tablespoons coconut oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place all four lamb chops in skillet and cook one side for 5 minutes.
    Turnover and pour marinade over lamb chops, cover dish and place in
    the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve lamb chops.
